Had the worst experience coming here I don’t know what front desk guy Problem is but very rude and won’t explain things so customer to understand the work that they’re getting done to their car I will highly recommend better customer service on phone and in person customer service is everything . Attitude trashy so of course workplace is trashy as well . I don’t like to feel like I’m a bother if I’m coming to a establish to pay. The guy that works in the back, an older man spit in my face. This was unnecessary service. I came for a transmission and they check for my engine because they said my engine light was on when I actually already checked my engine at my mechanic I need it was my transmission to be checked so I can give a report to my mechanic.

If I could give this chop shop ZERO star I would. My wife and I just paid 2K for AC repair just for us to have to bring the car back less than a week later for literally the SAME issues that we brought it in for in the first place, only for the Joachim (or however you spell his name) try to charge $1500 MORE to fix what was supposed to be fixed the first time around. PLEASE TAKE HEED to the reviews. They are legitimately valid. This place is horrid. Your car will be worse off than it was when you dropped it off. Their google rating is 3.5 for a reason.

*SCAM ALERT* This place is a scam shop hiding behind the title of the "Aamco brand” They don’t give quotes, they don’t ask for authorization on work and they invent absurd labor times and triple costs of parts to justify outrageous bills along with smug front desk associate named Chim who tries to fast talk you with absolute nonsense to confuse oblivious customer into believing the cost is justified. They attempted to charge me $495 in labor for four lug nuts and tire sensor replacement then another $200 for said lugs and sensor which was a 300% upcharge on the market price of those items. That’s blatant theft. I can only imagine what they've done to countless customers who just have no clue that they are being robbed to their faces. If you value honesty or your wallet, avoid this shop at all costs!! I intend to post these fraudulent quotes that were given to me on every social media forums for the DC area to hopefully save honest washingtonians from be getting ripped off by these moralless business owners!

They were fast! I am from out of town and they for me right in and put 2 guys on the job in order to get new back on the road ASAP! Very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even made sure to go over the repairs and explain it all to me! 100 recommend them!
