It was the worst experience of my life as a young woman living in the city there are a lot of things I do not understand and instead of explaining it he says he didn’t have time for this and takes out my own window that was already there and packs up leaving me with two open windows instead of just the one that was shattered. When I tried to call to tell them can they give me the window back that was mine originally they told me they don’t have time for this and hung up.

So rude. I called about getting my car window fixed and the guy said he could do it for relatively cheap but said only cash or cash app. I wanted to use my card and he said “why” then hung up on me.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. After having my car broken into, I called two other places first who were not able to get to my car for a few days (and I would have needed to bring my car to them). I then called here, and they had the window my car needed, an appointment that afternoon and they were going to come to me. It started pouring right after the technician told me he was arriving in 10 minutes, and I was worried that he might cancel — how do you repair a window in the pouring rain? But fear not — he arrived, followed me to my car, and pulled out and set up a canopy, and went to work (after he told me to stand under the shade so I wasn’t out in the rain). He made quick work of it, and by the time my window was repaired, the sun had come back out. The quote was also less than $300, which was less than what I had expected. The only thing was he could not vacuum the glass in my car out, but that wasn’t his fault — his shop vac wasn’t working. If you’re in a bind, call this place.

Someone broke into my car so I called the establishment to have them replaced my glass. They replaced my glass but it is off track in addition to that left all of the shattered glass in my door. Every time I shut my door glass falls into my car. They are very unprofessional and rude I’ve waited two days for them to come fix the issue that they caused and all I get is a technician is on the way and then someone hangs up the phone. I do not recommend you do business with this establishment. They have a false address on file and you cannot reach anyone in their office. Update: They are lying to make it as if I’m making up stories. If that’s the case what is your business address and phone number? I have pictures to prove that I’ve talked to you all on multiple occasions. We can go all day about how unprofessional you all are. You’re using a tire shop address which is fraudulent. All I asked was you all to put my window on track something I paid you all to do and did incorrectly.

They came to fix driver side window but failed to put the screw to hold the door together back, and left the broken glass in the door. I called multiple times. I was promised that someone would come out to fix it. No one came to fix it. When I called about it, they told me I had rescheduled and hung up on me. When I called back no one answered. I drove to the address posted on google. It was not their shop. It was a tire shop. They informed me that they have been using their address, and customers come because things have been broke or missing off their car. No one has been answering the phone. This is business is a scam. They request you to pay in cash, and you do no get a receipt in return.
