WARNING Just be advised before you make this call to acquire their service. The very first day they was suppose to show up they was late, I had to call them and then on top of it they didn't even know my address, I had to give it to them over the phone. My address was given to them when I requested service. They ordered the wrong window, took them 1.5 hour of trying to fix my window for them to realize this. makes matters worse, it started raining and they was just eager to leave. They told me they would be back the next day at 9 am with the window, I called about 5 times before they told me oh the window was never delivered they was still waiting, I would have it the following day. That day came and I called about 5 more times where each time I was told they would call me back with a ETA, like a fool that already been waiting I figured keep cool just let them come fix your window for you once, then they tell me oh we got the part in this morning and it was the wrong window once again. Then they told me maybe I should call another company, Mind you its a snow storm heading this way tomorrow. NEVER EVER AGAIN Poor Customer service, Poor professionalism, POOR POOR POOR in every field dealing with servicing. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. Just so they cant say there was no record like some companies do, I've attached a picture of them.

Never showed up for their appointment never called to check either. I had to repeatedly call to ask if I’d be seen on a Sunday. They ensured i would but as time went on, i never got a call back. Eventually they said we can come tomorrow. No thanks. What a waste of time for a broken window.
