My experience at the facility was pleasant. Everyone was polite and respectful. The way it’s set up now you don’t get to actually speak with someone regarding your case. They give you a paper saying a supervisor will call you in 72 hours and in some cases they don’t. It’s been over 50 days and my Medicaid case was just looked at and I have as yet to receive an approval or denial. It’s very frustrating for me and my family to not have an update on the status of our case.

Even though your paperwork says that was the number you still couldn't speak to anyone after holding for minutes to find out the Center is Closed and you have to do something else
