I am reporting this business for several different reasons. First and foremost, the professionalism at this business is very unsatisfactory. The owner himself has a very nasty demeanor and does not talk to customers accordingly. I’ve witnessed on several occasions complete rudeness and disrespect to myself and others. There is no accountability at this business whatsoever. The environment itself is very unsettling. Secondly, I recently had a vehicle stored at this business. Since my vehicle has been on that property the battery to my vehicle has gone missing. A transmission that i purchased for the repair of my vehicle has gone missing. In fact I was informed by a tenant who leases space at this business that Smitty(owner) himself sold the transmission. In which I gave no permission for him to do. There are several damages to my vehicle from the careless transporting of my vehicle. Not to forget, Smitty(owner) also took it upon himself to sell one of the Mechanics (who pays him to work on the property) customers vehicle without consent. This business has no respect and almost never has an answer as to why property comes up missing. When I asked about my missing transmission, the owner(Smitty) reply was, “I paid some guy to move the stuff in the yard around, I don’t know where it is)! Very unprofessional response not to mention the lack of eagerness to assist me with something that cost me almost $600. Let’s not forget the missing $200 battery for my vehicle. I had to literally have my truck relocated due to the unprofessional and uncaring environment that I originally thought would provide great service. It has gotten to the point where I have filed court documents in attempt to be accommodated for the missing property. It shouldn’t even have to go that far. I’m not a big fan of seeing people out of work but, this business itself should be discredited and shut down.
