This shop change 4 Mechelin news tires for me，1 new tire is start leaking the same day when I got it changed，the owner did not admit the tire is leaking and refuse to change tire for me when I come back to change it. I will go 2nd time and request owner changed the bad tire he sold to me and see how will he response to me.

Found this place through Facebook marketplace. Unfortunately the Nexen tires I originally inquired about were sold by the time I got there but Mr. Mbah was able to provide an alternative Michelin CrossClimates at the same price! Will return for future tires!
