NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I work 3 doors down from this establishment at the Hyatt Place hotel so for convenience this place can't be beat... How ever I took my SUV there to have the wiper motor replaced and while doing the work they cracked my windshield!!!! They then refused to pay for a replacement!!!!! In an effort to resolve the issue, I offered to split the cost and they agreed, I waited and waited and waited.... Finally after getting it replaced on my own because the crack began to grow. They than refused to honor the agreement!!!! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT $77.00 !!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

These people are scam artist. The first time I came in, Eric told me that the nail that was stuck in my tire was too big to plug so I had to buy a new tire. I explained that I didn't have the money and all of sudden he was able to plug it temporarily. Two weeks later I came back & purchased a brand new tire. Less then 2 weeks went by & j noticed my tire had a nail in it so I went back & Eric plugged it, charging $15 now instead of $10. I drove off, noticed my air pressure was low & less than 10 minutes the tire exploded. When I returned to the shop, Eric told me that I hit something & he refused to do anything. He told me that I needed to buy another tire (smh). I'm going to contact the owner & the local news. Based on other reviews about this place they have a history of scamming customers.

I took my car in on March 24th to have some belts replaced we ended up having unecesary additional repairs done, only to pick up the vehicle worse off than when I dropped it off. Having a car with no prior transmission, acceleration or engine issues I soon discovered that it was not running properly. I returned the car the same day I picked it up only to be accused of not purchasing all of the necessary parts to change a valve cover gasket. We would have purchased all of the parts if we were notified of such. Ron kept my car until April 24, a whole month after I initially dropped it off. I picked up the car and it was not fixed. It's still driving the same way it was when I first picked it up. He didn't want to admit he messed up and lied costing my father and I a total of $900. To pay $900 and still have the same issues is unforgivable. Ron is not a trustworthy mechanic DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.

I wouldn’t go here they try to take advantage of you. Once I went and got a oil change they couldn’t change the oil filter went back and asked did I need rotors and breaks the mechanic said I needed all 4 rotors and breaks on my car when he only looked at the driver side he told my friend her car needed all 4 rotors and breaks as well and neither car actually needed it

My car had a weird sound on the right front wheel, and my friend recommended me this place. What else can I say. So happy with their work. Found out what the issue had and fixed it within minutes. PLUS PRICES ARE GREAT. I just wanna say thank you so much. There’s not many places that take care of customers like you did to me. Honestly, -Blessings.
