Called before my appointment because they never have the machine ready for my calibration. Told them I would be there at 12:30. Came at 12:30 they said they don’t have the machine and I would have to wait 20 minutes for the curly haired kid to finish picking up his food so he could bring the machine. I waited an hour and then they didn’t have the correct card reader to pay. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

In the last year I’ve had 2 accidents and no doubt I came to F&D to have my car repaired!! I have had my vehicle back in a timely manner and the work done has been AMAZING as if my car was never damaged! They have great customer service! Francisco is an honest and very straight forward person, which is what you need when it comes to dealing with your car.

Highly unsatisfied mechanics can’t be trusted. I been there 4 times and each time i was unsatisfied.
