My husband had a detailer under the name Larenton clean my SUV. SUV detail car cleaning started around 11:00am. He didnt finish till later in the evening making it difficult for my husband to notice any imperfections. He had my SUV cleaned out during his work shift so i guess its on us for not being hands on with being on top of the progress. The SUV has a foul smell as well. I was hoping to obtain an actual PROFESSIONAL cleaning. I should have just stuck to doing it myself. I messaged the company and no text back to rectify. Unhappy customer.

Larenton takes pride in his work. My car was dirty and needed the upholstery to be refreshed. He did an amazing job cleaning my car and provided unequivocal customer service. He was extremely personable and flexible with accommodating my hectic schedule during the week. His level of professionalism and detail is why I have remained a customer and continue to recommend him to anyone who asks me how my car looks so good despite how old it is.
DESTINY DEDE
If I could give this company, no stars I would today I began speaking to one of their customer service reps at about 9 AM. They told me somebody would come to me by noon. I provided them my phone number and my address. The technician himself never responded to me until later on and then told me he wouldn't be here at one at 1 o'clock. I'm now waiting for the technician and he's a no call. No show horrible customer service, the funny part about this situation was I called to get permission to have this done my property manager wanted to see the quality of work that they did and would've used them if I was happy and also promote them within my building for this company

I had the pleasure of working with Lerenton Rich. He did an AMAZING job. He took my car from looking the worst it ever has (I had just done a lot of landscaping) to the best it ever has! He even came to my office parking garage so I could get it done while I was at work. I have already recommended him to all my friends and colleagues. Will be calling him again.
Always Progressing
Rich was on time, pleasant, and did a thorough job. 100% would recommend and prices are fair esp for mobile detailing, I love not having to leave my house and wait hours or interrupt my workday to drop off my car somewhere. He got our Jeep Wrangler from a box filled with dog hair, dog slobber, sand, and dirt to a chariot fit for summer fun.
