Easily the best experience I've had at an auto shop. As others have pointed out, these guys are very customer-oriented, honest, and quick. I'll be returning here for all of my future auto needs. Shout out to Richard for running such a fine establishment and to Juan for his to-the-point feedback and recommendations.

On my way home, I started to hear a repetitive noise from my car. Pulled over and tires looked okay but after getting back on 295 that noise was getting more worrisome and Kangaroo Auto Crew was the closest shop. They were able to quickly check out my car and found a bolt in my tire. They plugged it up and had me on my way in no time. Though they’re not my local mechanic shop, I’m happy to know about them and would trust them again with any car issues. Customer service was great and Juan is the best!

I got a synthetic oil change and I was in and out in less than two hours. Highly recommend! Update: Came here again when I needed an oil change nine months later. Excellent service, AGAIN ! They’re so kind and custom oriented. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up free of charge. l hate doing anything that pertains to my car but the guys at Kangaroo make it so easy and painless.

PHENOMENAL people, PHENOMENAL service! They’ve taken care of me twice now. The first time was a full overhaul of the A/C system where they replaced almost everything. Pricing was fair, work was excellent, customer service was prompt and considerate. A year later I was having a small issue and they got me in quickly and were able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Jeff was great! Explained everything and answered all my questions clearly and kindly. I’ll never take my car anywhere else if I can help it!!
