I've been to the Chillim Road location several times. It's a small place and they are always busy in there, but the staff is knowledgeable about their products and have always had the quality parts I've needed. I will continue to patronize this store and have recommended them to others.

This place is small and is often crowded. The people are nice here, but some of the parts aren't good. Over the last couple of years I've bought an alternator, water pump, and and belt tensioner among other items. I've had to bring back the alternator because the bearings went bad and the pulley came off. Now the water pump went bad. So now I'm replacing that (with a part from another place). The prices are good but if I have to bring stuff back inside of a year or two, it's not worth it. Plus, I have to pay someone to replace the parts again. Im on a fixed income and don't have that kind of money to keep doing that. Anything with moving parts, I won't buy here anymore. Sorry guys !! 😟

Nice people here. Helped me getting a specific part for my vehicle I wasn't sure about. Place is not big, but who cares when people are so nice. Will come again.

this store his not doing well to the customers his not keeping records for customers even his parties not good when u will return part their not accepting u parts because u don't have recept their don't cure how much did u used to them ...it better to use a lot of money to others parts stores but ur money is secure even that difference is not more than $20
