In my exploration into EV ownership, I must say the Polestar DC team has been great. Each team member including Nate and Paul were really attentive in ensuring a great experience. I truly recommend anyone looking for EV to go see the Polestar DC team. I absolutely love my Polestar 3 and cannot wait to continue to explore all the features of my new car.

Phenomenal crew at Polestar Washington!! They made the entire experience of purchasing a Polestar seamless. This is my first EV so had some hesitations at first but they answered any and all questions I had and took great care of me throughout the process. Cannot recommend Nate and Paul enough! Why can’t all car buying experiences be like Polestar? Choosing your model and pricing expectations are all done before you pay your deposit, and hand-off with the team at the DC Space was friendly and smooth. Everyone who I interacted with was responsive and knowledgeable about my questions before and after taking delivery. I’m very happy with my new Polestar 2 and the process to acquire it.

The entire DC Polestar team were great to work with! From showroom discussions and vehicle previews, to the test drive, to designing a car, checking inventory and putting in my order, every step of the process was smooth and easy. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and super-courteous. And if that weren’t all enough, the car’s they’re selling are AMAZING!! I love my new Polestar 3, and I appreciate the team that helped me get it.

Test drove a vehicle a week ago - summary - this. is opposite of what customer obsession defined by Amazon looks like. They don't even have parking for customers who schedule test drives - these are already high intent customers fwiw. It is a hassle to find parking in DC as it is. You would not have more than 2 test drives at any given time so I am finding this not believable that dealership can't afford 1-2 parking spaces?!!! This tells volumes about the customer service you can expect. It was a complete turn off after a 1hr drive to check out the vehicle. Something for management to carefully consider - if you can't even offer parking for prospective customers how are these customers going to trust you with seamless service after the purchase. PS: I also got hit by DC parking by $100 ticket given my test drive extended into the rush hour - overall this was an expensive test drive.
