What can I say that hasn't already been said. Raw Customs is The Gold Standard of service to the DMV. Rob, the owner, has the only motorsports shop in DC and quite frankly the best far and wide. Customer service A+, Professionalism A+. Knowledge and Business Acumen A+. My custom Hayabusa was one that other shops did not want to touch because of its intricacy. Rob took the job head on and did what was needed. Raw Customs is my new motorcycle customs shop in the DMV. I wish Rob nothing but success! We need '10' Raw Customs in the DMV.

Shout out to rob, as a new rider I know little to nothing about bikes. Not only did he work on my bike for a very reasonable price he educated me on bike TLC. I normal don’t go to many shops, will definitely be coming back and can’t forget khyla with her timely response time and communication.

This is honestly the best shop I’ve ever been to. I received a quote from Toyota for over $2000 and luckily, I was referred to raw customs. They provided me with a honest quote and had the same job done within 24 hours. Since then, I have brought all of my family vehicles to them.
