I am very disappointed with the service provided by this body shop. After the initial repair completed through Insurance, my vehicle was returned in unacceptable condition, with multiple visible defects and cleanliness issues. As reported immediately, the car was delivered dirty inside and out, with scratches on the hood and bumper, misalignment issues, and interior damage that appeared to have occurred during the repair process. After submitting a formal complaint and returning the vehicle for corrections, the shop did repair the bumper damage near the grille and replaced the missing door stripes/stickers. However, the remaining issues were not fully addressed, and the vehicle was only partially cleaned, leaving the overall condition far below what should be expected after professional body work. In addition, due to the poor quality of the initial repair, we were forced to rent a vehicle while our car remained unusable. No responsibility was taken for these costs, even though they were a direct result of the shop’s workmanship. I chose this shop expecting professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all of these areas. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone expecting thorough repairs or proper quality control.

They really do care and work honestly, William was so nice, well informed and great to work with we also had our 4th car dropped off because we were so impressed with the quality and customer service level!
