It's rural and they were busy. I was told 90 minutes to 2 hours. It wasn't want much more than an hour before Josh (hope that's right) got there. He scooped it up and got me right to the shop.

Josh was the silver lining to a bad end of Christmas Day. I struck a deer at 5 am on a far backroad in Salisbury. Within 20 minutes of calling AAA he showed up with a happy greeting and up beat personality. He made me feel right at ease with getting the car towed to where it needed to go. The best part about the experience was, after a crash - you’re frustrated and upset - and he came through and kept things light and took your mind off of what happened with good conversation. I highly recommend!!

Josh is the man. We had problems with AAA and he stayed for over an hour and waited with us. They’re super nice! Highly recommend.

Josh is amazing! While dealing with an error on AAA Josh stayed with us, helped, and was very professional. This company is fantastic, 10/10 customer service! Can’t say enough nice things!

Are driver was extremely funny. He made my daughter laugh. That's hard because she is very shy. He did not make us feel like we were in a tow truck but more like driving around with a good friend. He was very courteous when my wife and daughter asked him to stop to use the restroom. I would absolutely recommend anyone to call first straight towing. He was an all around great guy and his company is the same. I will always keep there name and card with me when ever I travel down that way for now on
