Yesterday I got hit on my way to work, my very first accident ever. I was stressing and had no clue what to do. My insurance dispatched 21st Towing and gave me an estimated arrival time. Carlton called me to update me on the way, and actually spoke with me. I think he could hear the stress and panic in my voice. He made me laugh and told me I was in good hands. Because of where I got hit, I asked if it was okay for me to leave the car for a few minutes to walk to a nearby store for a coffee. He told me he would call me when he was almost there so I wouldn’t be worrying about rushing back to the car. When he arrived, again the first thing he did was ask how I was doing after what happened. He made sure not to block any surrounding traffic and safely load my poor car onto the flatbed. He made sure I was comfortable in the cab and had my coffee (which I had left in my car because of my nerves), then talked to me the whole way to the collision center. He made sure I was safely inside before unloading my car, and came inside one last time to check on me before leaving. If I ever (knock on wood) have to have my car towed again, this is the standard of service that has been set. Carlton made one of the worst and most stressful mornings of my life into a quick and easy process. I will never forget his kindness. Y’all made such a great choice in hiring him!

It's not often that I would think to leave a review for a tow truck. But the service that Dontay provided was exemplary. He was extremely professional, timely, and courteous. Though I truly hope that I never need to call him again, if I do, I would not hesitate! Lol

Got 21st Towing thru my insurance, and Dontay ended up being the driver. He was helpful, stayed on the phone to make sure he had the right car and location. Picked up and dropped off in about 30 mins! Great service.
