The place was in a terrible state. Walked in wanting to get my car checked and they completely refused to work on my car saying “We can’t work”? No hello or nothing just refused my service. Not sure what that means, you are a place that repairs cars so I would expect them to be willing to help, guess I was wrong. Very shady.

I recently had my 2004 LX470 serviced at 4x4 Rides Service Center, where they performed a timing belt replacement and AHC delete. I'm extremely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. The team handled the complex procedures flawlessly, and their friendly customer service made the experience even better. Fair pricing, transparent communication, and prompt turnaround time further solidified my recommendation. Chris and his team are is go-to for 4x4 vehicle maintenance and modifications.

My husband visited this shop with our toddlers to get a car key fixed. He stood around for 10 mins and said no one offered him assist them or anything. He felt very unwelcomed and said that two of guys that worked there just was stared at him and the kids like they didn't belong there, so he left. Every one who knows my husband knows he is the most laid back person in the world, so if he complains about something it had to be pretty bad. I would not recommend this shop.

I needed a mechanic to look at my car right away when my engine light came on. Napo was very helpful he checked my car. He fixed it right away and the price was affordable. I will use this mechanic shop again in the future.
