I returned to your establishment to resolve the previous issue with my vehicle. When I arrived, Williams informed me that the shop was about to close, which I understand was due to my late arrival. However, the only solution offered was to take my car in again and run another diagnostic test. I am aware that a diagnostic typically costs $125 and only takes 5-10 minutes to perform. Given that, I would appreciate some clarification on why another test is necessary. We scheduled an appointment for 10 AM the next day, but later that evening, I received a notification stating that my appointment was set for 9 AM instead. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend due to this discrepancy. I would like to find a solution that doesn’t involve unnecessary additional costs or scheduling issues. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this.

This shop is shady. They will swap parts out of your car and act like they know nothing. They stole my battery and replaced it with a marine battery, which doesn't even fit my car. They have family submit good reviews, and remove the ones they dont like. In the process of filing a lawsuit. The manager was unwilling to reconcile the issue. His employees will sadly be his downfall. Now I understand why their MD inspection shop is (so called) temporarily closed. If you would like to leave with more problems than you came with, thats on you.
