Bought a car here. 2008 Toyota RAV4. Joe is very knowledgeable about vehicles, friendly, and straight forward. Isn’t charging an arm and a leg either. Honest about what parts needed replaced, when the car was inspected, showed me his paperwork on the vehicle, etc. Would highly recommend looking here if you’re in the market for another vehicle.

My son bought a Toyota rav4 from Joe a few weeks ago. He was in Frostburg getting ready to come home from college and the rav4 had an issue where it was running rough and all lights on the dash came on. He called Joe at 8:00 pm on a Wednesday and left a voicemail figuring he would get a call back the next day. Joe called him back 10 minutes later and said bring it to the shop and I’ll check it out. Joe spent 30 minutes checking it out at 8:15 in the evening and noticed a loose wire on cylinder 2 and fixed it on the spot. He told my son he would have his phone at his side and said he won’t put it down until my son texted him and told him he made it home to Berlin from Frostburg. Outstanding customer service that went above and beyond fixing his car at 8:30 in the evening. There is not a high enough rating I could give this company. 100 stars out of 5!!!
