I was referred here by my usual shop who are always honest and I had the same experience here. My truck had serious issues, Bill and Earl’s did their inspection and told me it was the transmission. I was worried about paying for a new one if there might have been other problems besides that. They did everything they could even past their initial inspection to make sure there wasn’t. Marty ran me thru all the details, was patient about me taking time to decide and I was very happy with the customer service. I did the transmission replacement and they had my truck up, running and back to me so fast it was crazy. Come here

Talk about thin skin. This place is a joke. I was told along with my grandfather not to come back, after asking where the leak came from on the transmission that was not there prior. I ASKED!!!! The girl and the lead guy clearly could not tell me where the leak was coming from but because it was only 80 something dollars, that makes it okay?? Naah not really. I regret taking my grandfather here. Your service is fake, customer service subpar and I won't be changing my rating so don't ask me

They installed a trans in my van. Price and service was great. Even after the warranty expired they fixed a part that wasn't covered by the warranty for free . Marty the service manager is a great guy. They are not only after your money they actually care if your car is working correctly. They stand by there warranty and then some. I will certainly use them again if needed.

I took my 1997 Chevrolet C1500 with transmission issues to these guys. Although they do not work on manual transmissions, they work hand in hand with Campbell Transmission, a neighbor. My transmission was in very bad shape. I have no idea how many owners the pickup had before me, but broken and missing teeth, burned up bearings, worn synchros. He did a great rebuild and it was fast. He had to find gears as they are no longer stocked in parts stores. Bill and Earl installed a new flywheel, clutch and bearing, then put the trans back. Really nice people in both shops. I absolutely recommend this place! By the way, Campbell only repairs manual tranys, and will not remove or install them. The price was very reasonable
