I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the necessary work completed perfectly, but the staff also provided detailed explanations on how the defective parts would affect the entire vehicle in the long run, giving me invaluable insight into my car's health. This transparency and commitment to education truly sets them apart. I was particularly impressed with the exceptional customer service. When I had to drop off my car, they didn't just leave me stranded—they proactively got me an Uber home! I didn't even know that was a service they offered, and it was a thoughtful touch that made the entire experience stress-free. Do not to bring any type of luxury vehicle to this business. My first time trying a local business instead of the dealership for my 2017 mini cooper. This vehicle is almost 10 years old and I’ve taken care of it since I got it brand new. My partner found this business and wanted to give it a chance. The vehicle was brought in for a coolant leak. They found the suspected cause and “supposedly” fixed it. Why do we start driving the vehicle and there’s a new noise that was never there before with a “new problem” they have to fix. I get my car checked routinely at the dealership and just had it checked there prior to this and that was never an issue. The dealership actually records all problems for verification should have stayed with them. So now this business is charging us extra for a problem they caused and took almost 2 weeks for me to get my car back. Very disappointed in this business. Would not recommend.

I recently had my girlfriend's vehicle serviced at a local repair shop, choosing to bypass the dealership. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and costly. On December 29, 2025, I dropped off the vehicle for brake service and an oil chamber assembly replacement. The next day, December 30, 2025, I picked up the vehicle, only to notice a new noise and halting issue two hours later. I immediately contacted the shop and was told that additional parts, labor, and fees would be required to address the issue, which they claimed was a new problem unrelated to their work. I dispute this assessment, as the noise was not present before the repair. A mechanic's comment, "Well, to let you know that noise might not be coming from the work we did," suggests that the shop is attempting to deflect responsibility. I believe the issue is a direct result of their work and should be addressed at no additional cost. The total cost of the initial repair was already higher than expected, and I am now being asked to pay over $800 in additional repairs. I am dissatisfied with the service and feel that the shop should take responsibility for their mistake.

I went there to get the tpms valve for my tire replaced, Gennete is really sweet, fixed my tire for me, did a full inspection of my car free of charge and was honest with what I needed to do moving forward. They even got me an uber back home and picked me up when my car was done. Same day service. Fast and nice. Will come back soon.

Great people!! Great Work!! Very reasonable prices!! Keep it touch with you every step of the way!! Let you know what's going on and send pics of the problems before and after fixing the problem!! Let you know if there's any other problems!! Give your vehicle a once over making sure there's no other problems!! Give you some other options if there is any!! Very well organized!! Treat you better than family! Fixed my Jeep Wrangler Sport TJ that needed a lot of brake work!! Will be taking all my vehicles to them in the future!! Top Notch Work and Service!!
