Staff are friendly, answer any questions I have, explain what needs to be done, let me know what is happening if they need to hold on to a car a little longer, and are very reasonably priced. I’ve always had good experiences here and will continue to bring our family vehicles to A-List.

I have been calling qnd trying to get service from this company for 3 weeks and they kept giving me once excuse after another on even just trying to get my vehicle looked at.F irst they tell me the owner isnt there but he will give me a call when he gets back on Monday which he never did,so I call again and they informed me he is out of town, then they say he is on lunch and I called back with no answer, then I call again they said he is in the hospital call back next Wednesday, I call back then they said he isn't taking phone calls until the next morning. I call back the next morning and they leave me on hold.! Definitely bad business I would not recommend them to anyone. And even if they were to respond to me now I would be scared to take me vehicle to them.

Asked me to bring in my car twice before booking an appointment. I dropped my car off and didn't hear back about a pickup. They held/kept my car for a whole week. I called to get an update and they told me they don't want to work on my car. They didn't call me, I called them. So after looking at my car twice, held it for a week, decided to no longer work in it. No call. No heads up. NO APOLOGY. In fact, didn't say a word except "your keys is in the car."

I have been a loyal customer of this mechanic shop for years, thanks to a recommendation from my dad. Despite switching to a Tesla, I've continued to recommend them to others. Most recently, I recommended them to my fiancé for his car maintenance. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I called on a Wednesday to schedule service and was assured that if we dropped the car off on Thursday, it would be ready for pick-up by Friday. We paid a deposit and were told the car would definitely be ready before the long Memorial Day weekend, as they knew we needed it. On Friday, I tried calling the shop starting at 11:56 AM to confirm the car was ready. Despite numerous attempts every 30-45 minutes, no one answered the phone. By 4:45 PM, we arrived to the shop out of sheer frustration, only to find it closed for the long weekend. Worse yet, our car was left unlocked and the service had not been completed. We had to clear out the car ourselves since it was left unlocked and vulnerable. With no one available to address the issue on a Friday evening and car rental options being extremely limited, we were left stranded and very frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable. Leaving a customer's car unlocked and unfinished without any communication is a serious breach of trust. I had high hopes based on years of reliable service, but this experience has severely damaged my confidence in this shop. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and communication practices.
