This review is far overdue! 10 stars for Haroon and his crew for taking care of our family for years. I started working in Lisbon and needed some repair work ASAP. Of course a single parent can’t be without a car, Haroon offered pick up and delivery service so I didn’t miss a day of work. I trust this man with every vehicle my kids drive and cannot express enough how his kindness and community spirit makes this shop a gem for single parents and especially women.

I had a transmission replacement done and my experience was less than desirable. It took about a month to get the new one installed and a transmission fluid cooler. One day when driving I started to smell transmission fluid and I pulled over as soon as I could. Mind you this is all within the warranty that they applied after the work was done. Right before I could pull over I heard a loud noise coming from the transmission. I did some inspecting and I found that the line going to the transmission cooler had no hose clamp on and it backed out and dumped all the fluid on the road. I had the vehicle towed back to A to Z and they fixed it, when I got the truck back it was shifting really bad, hard shifts, slipping and from time to time I’d smell trans fluid while driving. I took it back and asked them to drive the truck, up hills, highway, under acceleration etc. they said it is within 100% working order and I should have no trouble. Here we less then a year later and it’s on its last leg and has gotten progressively worse. I called them last week to set up another appointment for them to drive it and in hopes they would stand behind their work. I never received a call back and lost hope dealing with them. Nice people but from my experience bad craftsmanship and customer service. I would look for another shop even if it might be nearby or you find the guy nice, save yourself the trouble and headaches, and take it to a more reputable shop. Just my experience though do as you will, but I will never recommend this shop to anyone who relies on their only vehicle.

We were a tight spot late on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Our rear door latch wouldn’t shut and we had about an hour left to drive to our destination. After trying multiple other shops, we stopped here as a last ditch effort. Although they were extremely busy, they went out of their way to help us get the fix we needed for a very reasonable price!!! They couldn’t have been nicer!!
