Brought my 2018 civic Si in because every time I would open my trunk water would fall out the staff was super friendly minute I walked into the door they greeted me asked me how my day was and how they could help me I explained to them my issues and they walked me step by step on the procedure they needed to follow staff was even kind enough to educate me on some of the stuff that I didn’t know about and didn’t seem bothered when I asked to many questions ended up being a seal that was broken and it wasn’t to expensive to fix (they even gave me a discount since my warranty company didn’t cover the seal I needed!) definitely will be coming back and recommending some friends

There’s a reason I drive almost 2 hours to receive service from this place. They are proficient and efficient with great pricing. Initially, I went to AA Auto service for my brakes. My brakes gave out while I was driving 🚙 and I called my friend to see if she had any recommendations. She explained AA Auto had been working on her truck 🛻 for years and provided great service. Upon my arrival, I had several ?s and gave my thoughts 🤔 of what might be happening (per my research). They DID NOT dismiss my theories, they listened and explained it could be several things. He further shared, they didn’t want me to spend money 💰 for unnecessary repairs. Once the diagnosis was completed ✅, their team member called me and provided a thorough outline of what was occurring, the costs, and the repair time table. Furthermore he clarified what needed immediate attention and where I could save money by waiting if it wouldn’t inconvenience me. That repair🔧 was the beginning of a good working relationship. When ANYTHING questionable 🤨 is going on under the hood of my vehicle 🚗, I reach out to get a diagnostic. I ALWAYS receive details of what is occurring which enables me to make an informed decision. Today they serviced my baby 🚘because the rear gasket seal, the dipstick and filter were all leaking🚰. In 2023, I was a victim of the Kia boys. AA Auto was the closest shop to take my car. Shafiq worked with me due to issues with my insurance. I no longer live in Maryland but won't take my car anywhere else for repairs. Shafiq is a goodhearted person who genuinely cares! He and his team are great!

Took my car here after another place quoted an outrageous number. AA Auto Service had fair prices and also fixed my car faster than I was expecting. Very happy with these folks and will be returning next time
