Spent $491.00 for an oil change and spark plugs when I asked for a full maintenance inspection. Now my check engine light is on and I had no issues or warning lights before. I asked for the price to replace my brake wear sensor and adaptive lighting system sensor but instead I was told the mechanic couldn’t diagnose it, when I literally told them what part I needed. Then they tried to charge me for an extra diagnosis even though they gave me a print out of what I needed fixed aka a diagnosis but left out what I asked for.

In short, they had a $75 often oil change promotion for one specific week. I booked an appointment, and got a notification that it was canceled due to an accidental double booking. Unless I came within an hour, there wasn’t an option to come any other time that week. I asked if they would still honor the coupon price due to their mistake, and they said no. Poor way to treat a loyal customer over their mistake.

I went for four new tires and a new battery. They didn't give me a new battery. They said it was an oversight but I don't believe them. I'm glad I checked before I left. If it had been my wife she wouldn't have and been stuck out in the cold! I will never go back here.

Terrible manager there named Ibrahim that threatens customers. Took my car there since my engine was acting up. After they looked over the car they decided to "add in" a 171 dollar diagnostic fee which I never signed for or agreed to. Then I decided not to let them do the repair that was 970, and Ibrahim told me I wasn't getting my key back if i didn't pay him a diagnostic fee, raised his voice at me, laughed and walked away. What kind of a joke manager is this? I took my car to another shop and it is running perfectly, paid 470, and was treated with dignity and respect as a customer. Wow what a change! Never take your car to triple a!!

I had a horrible experience at the Columbia AAA. This is not what I'm used to for an oil change at all. An oil change took 3 hours from the time I checked the car in for my appointment to the time I received a notification about it. It wasn't done. I still had to give them more information before they completed the car. Everything was very inefficient and the worker at the desk was on the phone on another call while filling out my information. I think the major problem was that I don't trust the work that was done. They didn't top off all the tires. It looks like all fluids are not full. There was recently an inspection on the car in the last few weeks and now a leak came up that hadn't been noted before. I just think the work was shotty, it took way too long, and the price was outrageous. I will not be going back and may be rethinking my AAA membership overall because I'm not seeing the value and I certainly wouldn't leave my car there overnight for work. By the way, the oil change cost $95 for a ford suv. What a ripoff compared to many other locations available.
