Recently, I had my shocks replaced, and Alex served as my main point of contact throughout the process. I greatly appreciate his expertise and the way he took the time to educate me about the repairs performed that day. He provided a visual demonstration of the parts and thoroughly explained how they functioned. Alex was transparent, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. While I am pleased with his service, there are still a few issues pending, which is why I am giving this review four stars.

Dropped off my car on Friday due to a flat tire. They said it would be fixed by Saturday and they would call me when it was done. No call, no email, no text. Won't be able to get my car until Monday and I'm going to have to miss work.

In September 2025 I brought my car in for major repairs. When I went to pick it up, they immediately handed me an electronic pad to sign. The screen was blank except for a signature line, and no one explained what I was signing. I had to ask, and only then was I told it was for the repair summary. But no summary was given to me. I had to insist to see it. When I held onto the printout to actually read it, the rep quickly said, “I’ll be needing that back!” So first he had no intention of showing me a summary, then he wouldn't let me keep the info until after i signed something. I’ve never had a car place ask for a signature without showing the work first. When I questioned them about it they said it was “just a new policy,” Really? It's a policy to make customers sign something without telling them what it's for? If true that's a bad business practice and makes you look shady. Customers deserve to see what they’re signing. Do better, AAA

Our tire blew out and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in getting us towed and serviced that day. They were able to fit us that day despite having a number of other jobs to complete. Usually, unexpected problems like this lead to a rough day, but there attention, care and helpfulness made the day go much better. Thank you to the AAA Gaithersburg team for your help and service.
