I had my Infiniti towed to this location through AAA to diagnose a misfire issue. The AAA tow truck driver was able to start and drive the vehicle onto the truck without any problems. However, two days later I received a call stating that my car would not start. I was then told I needed to replace multiple parts including a battery and a brake light switch. And that I would need to pay approximately $1,200 before they could even proceed with diagnosing the vehicle. This was extremely concerning, especially since the battery is brand new (less than a month old) and the vehicle started without issue prior to arrival. When I questioned this, the representative became dismissive and condescending, then attempted to backtrack on what he had previously told me. After my vehicle was in their possession, it appeared to be in worse condition than when it arrived, and the shop did not take responsibility or provide a clear explanation. I also felt that the situation was handled in a way that attempted to take advantage of me as a female customer rather than provide honest, transparent service. The overall experience felt misleading and raised serious concerns about transparency and honesty in their diagnostic process. I strongly urge customers to avoid this establishment and take their vehicle elsewhere. (Look at previous reviews it’s a pattern)

I had these guys put a new battery in a couple of months ago and was so happy, I had them do an oil and filter change yesterday. While doing so, they found a leak in my transmission and we scheduled an appointment to fix that on Monday. It's a warm, comfortable environment while you wait.....they even have water, coffee and snacks! KUDOS to the staff at the Glen Burnie AAA!!!! Suzie

Great service to fix an issue several weeks after a synthetic oil change. The oil level level had dropped and the car needed to be checked for either an issue (burning oil) or leak. AAA did not have an appt available online but when I called they told me to bring it in ASAP for a check. They found a slow leak in the oil filter seal and so replaced and topped up. Good service and knowledgeable staff with advice about keeping a high mileage car running smoothly.

Really good service and customer service. I’m always satisfied with the work they do. In addition, the most recent time I got my car towed there, it was the night before I had shoulder replacement surgery (totally unrelated, just bad timing). They were so kind and empathetic about giving me extra time to pay for the car (to do it sober and not totally blitzed on pain meds) but gave me extra time to arrange for someone to go pick up my car). I can’t thank them enough. Regarding reviews below of people complaining about wait times for service, they always tell you how long it’ll take before hand.

The mechanic screwed up my BMW. He broke a oil cap. Signals on my dashboard were going nut and my vehicle continued jerking. I got it fix elsewhere. This was over several months ago.
