I really love this place. Nichole is one of the best front counter staff that we have. Of course there’s a lot of love and a lot of shined to shine on Trey McBean really really awesome very fast to get you in. Remi is also amazing as well as a service advisor really attentive, really listen, but the store is a magical store really great store. I love the team there and we love Miss Emily too as well. Came in for an oil change and a general look at my car. Never felt pressured or weary of any additional service suggested. Kyle was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away! Will definitely aim to book future appointments here because of his excellent customer service.

I’ve been using this AAA location since 2018/2019. For years, the service was excellent and pricing was mostly reasonable. That started to change around 2023–2024 when the service team turned over. The front desk staff began sounding more like salespeople, constantly pushing tires and brakes that weren’t needed, and charging $179 just for a diagnostic essentially paying just to be told what’s wrong. I eventually had enough and stopped coming for about a year and a half. I returned in late 2025 and found a new team. They no longer sound like salespeople, which is an improvement, but prices have gone up even more, including the diagnostic fee. The bigger issue now is scheduling. I’ve used the AAA online appointment system for years without problems until now. I’ve tried THREE times to schedule a diagnostic: • First appointment (Saturday): I got a call saying diagnostics are only done on weekdays. Fine , I canceled. • Second appointment (weekday): I showed up after taking time off work and was told diagnostics are only done in the morning between 8–11. They said they tried to call me. They did but the voicemail only said they had “a couple of questions to make my experience smoother.” No mention of rescheduling or restrictions. • Third appointment: I scheduled 10:30am through the app. I get another call from someone named “Trey”saying they only do appointments “on the hour.” At this point, it’s ridiculous. If this shop uses the AAA app for scheduling, then the app should NOT allow appointment times the shop can’t actually honor. Why offer a 10:30 slot if 10:30 isn’t possible? Why offer afternoon appointments they can’t honor for certain services. I’ve now scheduled a FOURTH appointment at 11:00am and I’m honestly expecting yet another call to reschedule. This used to be my go-to shop for years with zero hassle. Now it’s overpriced, poorly coordinated, and wastes customers’ time. Very disappointing decline.

Nothing against this particular AAA shop, but certainly against AAA in general. After having been a member for 31 years, I am now canceling my membership. I called them to get an extraction as I was stuck in snow, which I’ve done in the past and they were incredibly helpful. This time around, they told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and subsequently they could not help me. they firmly argued that the only time that they could send out a tow truck was if in fact, there was something mechanically wrong with my vehicle. That is a first! AAA is resorting to health Insurance industry like tactics: They are hiding behind legalese and semantics just to save a buck while they’re fleecing members. .. I was eventually extracted by a towing company that happened to be a AAA contractor and they confirmed that they had been doing extractions for AAA all day… I guess I did not make the cut within their allowable daily extraction budget… This type of bait and switch is extremely disappointing!

Had an appointment for a tire rotation. Car comes out after 3 hours. Every hour I had to ask for an update and was told dismissively they can’t say how long it would take. The manager said I should plan for 1.5 - 2 hours wait everytime I come in I spite of an appointment. When asked why they couldn’t just tell me that when I walked in, they say “I’ve told you now, go take your seat in the waiting area!”
