This AAA location offers not only vehicle maintenance but also insurance and travel services . Just about everyone who works here is courteous and helpful. Not a member of AAA? Don't worry; nearly every sales associate welcomes you and your family, regardless. Too bad the main entrance door is not an automatic sliding door. The men's room is clean, but you will not find paper towels to dry your hands. There is a hand dryer instead. The customer lounge is small but clean and adequate-the Keurig coffee maker is available in case you want a freshly brewed cup of coffee (to stay awake). Thirsty? Bottles of spring water are in the small refrigerator to quench your thirst. Don't waste time looking for either carbonated soft drinks or Snapple teas. The auto service advisors greet every customer with " sir" or "ma'am," and they help you understand issues with your vehicle . The costs of vehicle maintenance vary but are less expensive compared to your local auto dealers. Do not expect the auto service technicians to clean windows or windshields and vacuum your vehicle as complementary services.

They don’t honor appointments. I found a nail in my tire and called to schedule a service appointment. They must use a call center for scheduling-the scheduler offered me a 5pm appointment, and sent me a text and email confirmation. I arrived at the location and they claimed they had no record of the appointment despite me showing the text and email confirmations of an appointment on that day and time. They refused to honor the appointment, offering no explanation as to what happened, and no apology or offer to fit me in since it was THEIR error, not mine. Terrible customer service all around.

Very pleasant experience after I just left Mr. Tire in Fullerton for being a trash store. This AAA location is very clean, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. They had my car finished ahead of schedule. And they offered reasonable prices on new tires. I may do that this fall. Highly recommend.

They put the wrong oil into my car, and did not put any of the clips back into my skid plate. I had to have my car towed back to the AAA shop, they didn’t put the clips back in, just pushed the skid plate back up. The assistant manager was very rude to me, said he needed to keep my car for 3 or 4 days to figure out what was wrong. I told him they only needed to put the skid plate clips back, and he said they needed to order parts. I asked if they just threw the clips away, and he replied that he didn’t know. The skid plate fell back down, and the guys at Take 5 oil change were kind enough to put all the clips back in for me. I have been a AAA member for years, and really upset at such bad service. I went to the AAA service center at White Marsh Maryland. AAA never returned my call about complaint, and I will never take my car back to a AAA service center again!!

altough they bring the battery 250.00 they will not reset this to your car. insterd they tell your your car is old 2011 and it needs to go to the shop bullshit to the tune of another 250.00 get your battery somewhere else
