My company has used this company for years not because of their service or work ethic. The truth is that although they have a quick turn around, their prices are exorbitant and they have been known in my office to return our vehicles with loose tires. (Yes, they have forgotten to tighten lug nuts in the past!). Still, we went with them consistently due to the fact that they have the closest lift that can handle the weight of our trucks. Despite the small short comings which we had noted through the years within this shop, we have never failed to pay them as promised. We have, literally, paid thousands to their shop over the last few years for mediocre service mostly due to convenience. This all came back to bite us, however when the shop parked our "fixed truck" on a public road where it was hit and left unmovable. With a their shop bill at almost $1000.00 I requested the shop owner to let me hold off on making the payment until I could verify with another shop that the truck had been repaired and he agreed. The next day when the truck was due for a pick up, I got a last minute call stating that Mike would not release the truck until he was paid. The fiasco cost me extra to bring the truck back out the next day. The truck, while under the care of the shop, should have never been parked on the road in the first place. Using the public road to serve his business in this fashion is illegal. When the truck was hit, Mike still had liability as the keys and our truck were still in his possession. The fact of the matter is that although this shop will do what you request in terms of vehicle service, they will only do the absolute minimum and never strive to go beyond the service and take care of your vehicle while in their care. They do not care about you or your property. If you insist on using this shop, use a high level of caution. To an inexperienced eye, the service here may seem great but when it comes to doing the work and taking care of your vehicle you really should not expect much.
