I was wondering why my car was shaking and pulling to the right. Turns out after coming to this shop to get two tires out on the technician did not secure multiple bolts resulting in my tire not being fixed to the car. Complete safety hazard and the cherry on top is the manager asked me to purchase my own bolts and comeback to put them on. Ummmm no!! Why would I pay for my own part that your tech lost. Not to mention the damage that could be cause by hitting potholes and speed bumps with 1 bolt missing and the other both halfway off. Save your money and go to another shop. While he seemed apologetic in the phone telling me to purchase my own replacement part is unacceptable.
