👎🏻 I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, the problem here is their mentality and how they treat customers, I wanted to change my brake pads and texted the owner to set an appointment and he completely ignored me, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE my dude 👎🏻 … the reason of ignoring me was because previously they changed oil of my car and the owner of this shop started lecturing me and aggressively reading morals that “my car is dangerous” and he added that he won’t serve me next time, (I did not think he was serious about that, but I guess he was) I do not have a flexible working schedule and that was the reason why I could not change my oil, this was the reason why he ignored my text and refused to serve his customer… Sorry my guy but not everyone works 5 days a week and has a luxury to stay home on weekends, I work two jobs 7 days a week 7AM-11PM, I barely have time for myself and especially for my car, so I do not need you to read me morals, I am out on streets like a stray dog driving 150-180 miles a day, so sorry my guy if I have no time to call to set an appointment for my car repairs because of my non flexible working schedule… 👎🏻

As one reviewer mentioned, Igor is a big liar. I took my Mercedes Benz there to have my A/C looked at and diagnostic done because it wasn't cooling my car. I left it with him while I was I attended to my wife who was in the hospital. He told me that the a/c was clogged and it would cost $1200.00 to unclog and that should do it. He then called and said the repairs were done and I could pick up the car when I'm ready. He then told me that the charges were $2035.00 for the work. I asked him why because he quoted to me it would be $1200.00 and now it's $2035.00? He then says "I had to change the compressor as well." I did not authorize the replacement of the compressor. I asked for the diagnostic and he never produced it. There was absolutely no paperwork for my car from him. He took advantage of the fact that I was checking on my wife back and firth on the hospital. My car was in his possession and he claimed that he did all of the work, which I don't believe because the a/c continued to operate the same way it was when I took it to him. He lied saying the work was done and texted an image to me of the interior of a Mercedes, it could have been any Mercedes and not mine, of a thermostat reading saying " the a/c worked fine when he had it. I also had a full tank of gas when I left the car with him, it was on empty when I picked up the car. Stay way from these people/that company st all costs. They are definitely crooks and they lie to cover for each other. Every time I went there to speak with igor after that, he would have someone tell me that he wasn't there. I'm not sure if I would have even allowed him back under the hood of my car after that. People like this will have to pay a heavy price for mistreating God's people. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT OF YOU DO!!!!!!!!!

Been going to ace for years 3 years. He awesome, they work with you. He gave me a loaner. Very nice family business. He did wonders on my r class 350. I would recommend.. and his shop has moved to the middle of the block. Hes been up parkheights for years. He also has a body shop as well. .good ppl

Now that I'm a Mercedes Benz owner 😎 This shop is my go to spot for everything Benzo. They are affordable and their work is legendary. They even will fix my body work for in city bumper scratches They are the best for German Manufacturers.

VERY condescending staff. Just lost me as a potential customer with the way that they spoke to me. I called to express exactly what was wrong and when I showed up in person they told me I hadn't told them the issue. They proceeded to talk down to me throughout the consultation. Perhaps it was because as a woman I must be too stupid to understand cars? The only upside here is that they did not charge me to look at my car so that one star was fairly earned. Lacking greatly in overall customer service etiquette.
