Gary is a great mechanic here. Really trust worty and reasonable. The work on yout car right then and there and your car isn't sitting for days accumulating charges. There fast with getting parts needed for repairs. I will be using them again in the future.

Excellent garage! I take my car there every few months for checkups and they always treat me and my car well. They done repairs well and refer me to other excellent technicians when they can't do the work. Highly recommend!

I've known Gary since 1997. Even though I moved fifteen / twenty minutes away, I won't let anyone work on my Jeep except Gary. You can't trust anyone nowadays but you can trust ACE Automotive. If you take your vehicle in for work & Gary needs to explain something to you he doesn't use his mechanic's brain & talk over your head. He explains everything to his customers so that you can easily understand.

They dont deserve 1 star! We originally came to Ace automotive for a state inspection, diagnostic and oil because of good reviews and reasonable prices. I will save a long story and get to the point. The shop was extremely negligent to leave our car out the open on their property specifically placed on an area where there were NO surveillance cameras over night; resulting our car's tires and rims to be stolen. The manager Gary told us he made a police report and the shop will not be responsible or accountable for the replacements and instead to call our insurance company to file a claim. We had difficult days trying to find a tow truck to pick up our car from their shop because it had no rims or tires. Gary had the audacity to tell us their shop can have the tires and rims replaced there since we couldn't find a tow truck and of course I denied especially because of their unprofessionalism and negligence. Coincidentally we were told according to their inspection we would need 4 new tires replaced and we denied after they quoted us because it wasn't in our budget at that time. Oddly a day later our car has missing tires and Rims and the car was placed where there were NO CAMERAS. Gary made us pay for the inspection, diagnostic and windshield wipers and labor in order to get our car picked up from Ace automotive! They couldnt even waive ANYTHING FROM "THEIR BILL" considering their negligence that resulted out car parts being stolen ON THEIR PROPERTY!!! We went through so much stress for almost 2 months, we delt with unnecessary insurance fees and other expenses because of their negligence just to get our car fixed!! This whole ordeal had been a nightmare to say the least. Whatever you do, do not let them convince you to keep your car overnight regardless if they're " so busy" because it will get vandalized! Pay more money to get your car serviced somewhere reputable and by professionals that can properly communicate with their customers!! The worst experience I ever had at a car shop!!

Very helpful. I had a nail in my tire several times and was able to get service immediately. The tire was plugged. The service technicians were efficient and courteous. I have returned again and again.
