I had an excellent experience with the service department at Acura of Ellicott City. I brought my car in to be checked, and from start to finish the service was top notch. My service advisor, Courtney, was extremely informative, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. The service technicians are clearly very knowledgeable. Service Tech Mike went above and beyond by taking me on a drive to fully explain the diagnosis and walk me through the repair options, which I really appreciated. I’ve consistently received outstanding service from Courtney on every visit, and this experience was no exception. I just wanted to share my experience at Acura of Ellicott City it was great from start to finish. Everyone was super welcoming, and there was no pressure at all to upgrade packages. The staff took the time to explain the differences and let me decide what was best for me without any pushiness. Quon Taylor was awesome to work with. He walked me through the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. He even had me laughing while we were waiting on the insurance, which definitely helped pass the time. Overall, it was a really good experience. Quon is a great guy, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone going to Acura of Ellicott City.
