I scheduled an alignment. I show up the guys worry about the clicking going on in the catalytic converter. So he wants to charge me $25 to do an inspection of the suspension instead of the alignment that I asked for and refuse to do any work. Unless I paid $25 for them to inspect something I already know what the problem is

I’ve had several jobs done here such as brakes, A/C service, and other simple maintenance. I’m always treated with respect and kindness and they seem to be very honest. I’m always pleased with their service and they’re one of the few I trust with my car. Keep up the great work. I’m grateful.

Very rude and disrespectful workers , they get annoyed if you ask questions and I’m Not even sure they change the parts they needed too . NEVER COMING BACK

My dad is the former owner (and I'm biased since I partly grew up in this business), but a couple of his mechanics still run the auto service business. The mechanics are very experienced and have each worked here for over 30 years. They are very straightforward and no-nonsense, which might turn some people off, but they do honest high quality work. The purple line delays have really slowed down business, but I'm happy to see them continuing on.

I got two front wheel bearings replaced on a Cadillac truck and they only charged me $160! They recommend that you bring your own parts because it will be cheaper that way. They originally quoted me higher because they thought it required more labor time than it actually needed. They called me about an hour and a half after I dropped it off and told me it was ready. I also asked them to do an alignment and instead of taking my money they suggested i get new tires first so that I don't waste my money. The gentleman there are really professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. And if they can't do the job they will straight up tell you that they cant do it. I see some comments here about the mechanics at this establishment being very rude. They aren't rude per say lol they just are straight to the point and don't smile much. But I didn't go there to be entertained, I came to get my car serviced so I can be about my way. I've had the most pleasant people charge me hundreds of dollars more than they did so I don't mind.
