I want to start by saying this was the worst experience of my life dealing with my vehicle . So originally I had my vehicle towed in from the dealership, I previously had spoken to the Lady who answers the phones she assured they could fix the vehicle for 3800 . I informed her I had an extended warranty and they would cover most , she then said the info over so that she can make a claim. A few hours had went by so I called to check to make sure everything was going smoothly , the young lady picked up the phone I said hey have you reached the warranty company and filed the claim , her remarks were ah since the warranty is paying you have to pay more . I like I’m sorry why , she then got irate and began yelling for no apparent reason , when I say I was confused I was confused . I then asked to speak with someone else . A gentleman then got on the phone he stated the price would be they same nothing else , they lady got back on the call and fabricated that she waited on hold for the warranty company for 3 hours , I said I’m sooty we disconnected I contacted the warranty company and they picked up immediately, . So I called back over to the shop and informed the young lady but she she was very rude and began yelling , there was a language barrier but , to be honest this was extremely weird I don’t know if it was race based or what ! They women disconnected the call for no reason 2 days went by after attempting to call and either she would pick up and disconnect or she would not answer, so I had friend call they picked straight up and stated I don’t want to call the warranty company you can come get it . I stated ok sure , I arrived to the shop to get my vehicle towed out I walked up to the counter informed the young lady who I was she was very temperamental and short she walked off to the back of the shop got her husband and he came out screaming yelling stating I disrespected his wife which always a total lie , I said I’m sorry can I just get my keys so I can get it towed out , the gentle men became more enraged making threats and attempting to assault me. He knocked the things off the counter , I was extremely confused asked for them to just price me keys so I could go, he yelled ima charge you something. I’m like why you haven’t touched or diagnosed the vehicle they both went to the back of shop holding my keys stating they were giving me my keys . I then got upset and called the cops , they would not release my vehicle until the next day !!!! Honestly they are horrible and something is off with those two . I say don’t support but if you do just know they are aggressive angry characters

I had an experience I could only dream of with a local shop. From the start of bringing my car in on the tow truck Affordable was open and direct in the diagnosis of my car's issues. Even though I'm from out of town and an obvious 1-time customer, James treated me like I was a long time regular at his shop. James went to great lengths to help me handle the various issues with my car and some specific requests since I live 90 minutes away and was ideal to work with. I can't recommend them strong enough and if for whatever reason I have car troubles in the Fredericksburg area again they will be my first and only choice.

Terrible customer service, had my car for 9 days for a job that took a few hours. Caught the owner trying to lie and tell me that he was going to do my timing belt for free if I gave him the $300 for the part in cash. I refused then went to pick up my car, he claims he lost my keys, called the police, finally provided me with my keys and forced me to pay an additional $200 for a total of $700. Come to find out, they did nothing on my car. That ugly owner will face karma 1 day!!!

Horrible experience. Spoke to someone who said to give them 30 minutes and they would service my car. Waited for an hour before they even looked at my car. He pulled my car in, told me it would be 40 minutes to get the part. I told him no thank you I don’t want to wait and he said alright. The next hour and half was spent waiting for them to put the tires back on my car.
