One claim involved a bumper repair, and the other was a side impact on the driver’s side door. I worked closely with Edgar and Marcello, and both gentlemen were incredibly helpful, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Air Park answered the call when State Farm towed our damaged vehicle. Air Park provided amazing service and support even while State Farm didn’t honor the insurance agreement stealing both time and money from Air Park and myself. Alex and Marcello were there with me every step of the way as we dealt with the unscrupulous behavior of State Farm. We chose AAB due to all the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. We worked with Edgar; he was very professional and polite and gave us a detailed estimate for some minor bumper work. Part of this estimate included resetting the bumper sensors. When he called to say our car was ready (2 days early!), he also informed me that they in fact did not have to reset the sensors and removed that portion of the bill. Without this honesty, we wouldn't have had any way of knowing it wasn't necessary. On top of all that, the work that was done was perfect - no sign of any work being done!!! I hope I'm not in need of their services in the future, but if and when I do, I'll definitely be back, and meanwhile, I'll refer any and all folks that I hear of who are in need of body work!!!! Thanks again!!
