This is by far the most professional, cleanest, friendliest, hospitable, efficient mechanic I've ever been to. The reception area was very clean, professional, welcoming, more like an executive office than a mechanic. The bathroom was clean. They had hot and cold beverages and snacks available, an internet cafe, and a cozy waiting area. The office assistance greeted me, was super friendly, engaged in conversation, very professional, knowledgeable, kind. He even went and asked the mechanic about who sang a song that was playing because I asked if he knew. Above and beyond. They took my car in right away (lots of places I have to wait even when I have an appointment), and finished servicing my car quickly, but not too quickly. :) Definitely recommend! I came here through Groupon and I'm grateful they are on my radar now!

Semir took great care of the car. The service was done promptly. A great place and I highly recommend. In fact they helped me with with arranging a drop off and pick during the cold front days. I highly appreciate their kind gesture. Fantastic staff, timely service, expert technicians, and cumulatively an awesome experience. Highly recommend airpark auto pros.

The great reviews do not lie. I needed 60k service for my Lexus RX 2023 and I was getting quoted for 1k-1.5k from jim Coleman Toyota, koons, multiple lexus dealerships, and other local mechanics which is obviously a rip off. I talked to Semir and he was super nice, very knowledgeable and you can tell this place runs on integrity and honesty. I got quoted way less than I did at the other places. They were also very fast, only took about 2.5 hours. They even topped off my window wiper fluid and washed some of the salt off my car lol. They def won a loyal customer!! Thanks a lot guys!!

This was my first time going to this auto shop on a recommendation from a good friend. I will definitely be a long time customer. They were responsive, honest, and they serviced my car in a timely manner. I especially liked their system, which allowed me to see exactly what they had done and review all services and approve them before any work took place. It was all over text so I didn’t need to interrupt my workday to respond. That said, they were readily available for a phone call if I had questions or needed clarification. My previous mechanic left the area so I am so happy to have found a new place that I trust!

Well, initially we were adamant taking this brand new car to the Honda Dealer. The A3 service light came on calling for brake fluid change, but I know for sure it's not needed on a 2,000 mile brand new car. Yet had experience Honda would pressure you into it, especially for a 70+ old lady. I knew only an oil change is needed, so gave Airpark a try, it was so easy to book an appointment online, I booked 4:00pm and they're nice enough to move my schedule to an hr early. Got in 3:00pm, car's already in the bay by 3:03pm. They're fast, but also very thorough. Sitting in the lounge with large window through the shop, I can see the technician's work. Oh, and the front desk staffs are very friendly. You can tell they're valued by their employer, cause you can senses they're not pressured to upsell and the good vibe was felt. For the non-mechanical incline car owners, it's a great start to carry a meaningful discussion knowing they are here to help, not to upsell you like the dealership.
