My experience with Al Packer Ford has been nothing short of a disaster. I brought my Ford Transit in four times for the same air conditioning issue, and after all those visits, it still wasn’t fixed. Their ongoing failure cost me 7 days of downtime at $1,120 per day — totaling $7,840 in lost revenue for my business. They ordered the wrong part and left me in the dark for two full days with zero communication. I had to chase them for updates, which is unacceptable when I’m losing money every day. When I finally spoke with the manager, he promised discounts to make things right — but then refused to show me any breakdown of costs or paperwork, and even had the nerve to blame me for the situation. That is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. On top of all this, Jeff and Theresa stood there smiling and laughing about the size of my vehicle, making jokes instead of offering any respect or actual help. I came in needing support and left with nothing but lost time, lost money, and blatant disrespect. This dealership clearly doesn’t value their customers — especially small business owners who depend on their vehicles to earn a living. Avoid Al Packer Ford at all costs. They are untrustworthy, disorganized, and completely indifferent to the damage they cause.

Update: just go to jiffy lube you'll be treated better. One good service visit out of 8. If you can find a Ford Dealership without a Quick Lube Lane you'll be much better off. This was my only visit that I didn't need to get management involved to correct their work. Took my truck there for their "Works Package Service" and two minor recalls from the manufacturer. I also realized I had a coupon for a detailing, that just before I dropped it off. I spoke with Bill my service supervisor, he assured me he could work it out for me. He was very informative and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. The truck looked like a new vehicle when I picked it up. Thank you all for some great service, I'll definitely be returning.

MO- and ALL the staff helped me every step of the way! I can’t thank MO enough. This was the best place I have ever dealt with. From the time I made my first phone call to MO to Danny who talked with me about extended warranties they are all truly the best!! Service was amazing and MO helped me feel so comfortable and less worried. It’s hard out here to find a reputable place but THIS IS IT! I CANT SAY ENOUGH!! Thanks to the entire team that helped and worked on my car!! I didn’t get a chance to thank everyone but here are my public thanks! OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS & I WILL BE TOO! Bought a new vehicle .A week after buying it it began having electrical issues. Vehicle has been serviced 2 and they still dont have an explanation. Vehicle is still at the dealer ship after a week and Im still paying uber to get to work because Al Packer service supervisor stated they dont have loaners.
