Ali is absolutely lovely. He’s a funny older man and takes a lot of pride and respect in getting your problems with your vehicle fixed. He even calls me to check up on it after the service.

After someone played bumper tag with my wife's car, and they agreed to handle it without insurance, I shopped around for a good auto body place. After getting multiple estimates, I ended up choosing Ali's Auto for the repair. And I am very glad I did. The work is excellent, and the final bill was about $100 under the estimate he had originally given. In addition to finishing the job for less than the estimate, Ali also fixed a couple of minor cosmetic issues on the car that weren't included (or near the point of impact) - One of the issues was some of the side molding was coming loose, and the original insurance provided body shop couldn't seem to get it to stay attached. Additionally, Ali is very personable with a good sense of humor, as evidenced by his response to me when I was asking about forms of payment - no credit cards, but cash, check, rolex, ex-wife (if she's pretty....), and multiple other forms of payment accepted. And Ali's estimate was more complete than one of the other auto body places along 564, and it was less expensive than two other places in the area (including one that wanted to try to repair the bumper instead of replacing it). Bottom line - good work, good service, great price. Ali is well worth a look if you need body work (Insurance or not) done.... The only reason they aren't 5 stars is the no Credit Card bit... otherwise, a 5 Star experience.

This place is awesome!! Ali does not overcharge and is very honest when dealing with customers. As a female, non-mechanic, I’ve encountered numerous of shops who try to overcharge and have me pay for work that is not necessary. However, Ali is the complete opposite. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs their car repaired and doesn’t want to pay for the operation of larger shops...
