Recently experienced issues with my 10 year old vehicle. I had to replace a motor and it was done within the timeframe suggested. The folks here are efficient and very nice. My mechanic Wane was very helpful and recommended some things with the business.

I brought my 2019 Chevy Cruze in for an A/C compressor replacement and left it overnight for two nights. When I picked it up, the A/C still didn’t work, and just three days later, my check engine light came on right after they had supposedly done a full inspection as required by the terms of my vehicle warranty. How do I pass a full inspection, then end up with a check engine light just days later??? When I looked further into the work they had done, I discovered My A/C compressor was not fully secured, and was missing screws it was a wiggle away from falling off. Several parts were completely missing, including the mount plate, mounting bar, and crash bar. That is a serious safety concern.They told me I needed to pay $400 for a new A/C control module, which I was prepared to do, but then the check engine light appeared before the part even arrived.When I brought it back, they simply added Freon, tried to clear the codes, and loosely installed some screws, then told me I’d have to come back again to finish the job.After all that, the check engine light came back on, and my A/C still didn’t work. I was lucky enough to have family and associates who work on cars and helped me spot all of this otherwise, I would have kept driving around with critical parts missing and loose components under my hood I do not recommend this shop, especially if you are going through a warranty company, insurance program, or any type of financial assistance. It seems like they cut corners when they know it’s not coming directly out of your pocket. In my case, they clearly rushed the job and didn’t care about safety or quality.

It's been a struggle and 2 years worth of stress of trying to get my BMW truck repaired. The mechanic Mohamed asked me to give him some time and he'd get my truck back to me and that's exactly what he did. As long as you keep an open line of communication, he will keep you updated and knowledgeable about all. I definitely plan on bringing my truck back here for any and all repairs.

Have been taking my vehicles and recommending friends, family, co-workers etc to All American for almost two decades could be longer. Most affordable, honest, and they have the same mechanics since I started going. Gas, diesel, classic cars they have the mechanics to work on them all.
