The Gave Me A Accurate Time and Date For Me To Towing My Car For Drop Off. They ran Me Through The Process Because I knew I Would Need A New Transmission; They Work With Insurance & My Warranty 3rd Party Companies. Can’t Wait For This 2 Weeks To Be Over With So I Can Get To Work More efficiently; They Said They Could Get It Done and in A Week Depending on Warranty Inspector but They Didn’t That to Me Promise & That’s My Type Of Trust. Communication And Communicate What’s Real ; Not Communicate For a Deal. Plus I Never Had To Drop in Once . My First Time Coming To their Auto Shop Will Be My First Time Pull Off With My Brand New Big Boi Transmission.

If I can do 0 stars I would . I had to get my transmission done in June 3 months pass my car messed up again about my transmission. I sent my car back they said they put in an old transmission and didn’t kno . They fix it again soon as I pulled off my car sound funny a week pass now my light back on and I can’t move my vehicle because they pinched my power steering holes . I call them they say bring it back when they should be the ones towing my car to them because they not properly fixing my car right . 0/10 please do not go here for any car problems. They so unprofessional

One of the best shops I ever had work done at. My transmission went out in November and I was getting astronomical quotes that seemed unrealistic. I saw the reviews for this place and was able to get a good transmission at a fair price. The work was done before the anticipated time, and the work was excellent. I have since brought my car back for other services and will continue to.do so. Trust matters to me, and Dom was great with setting expectations with no BS. Highly recommend d this place for work.

Do not use this business. As another customer stated they take your money and do not back their work. I had transmission work done and paid $500.00 extra for an extended warranty. Auto broke down 1 month later. Front axle chewed up transmission failed. Marcello claimed cotter pin failed and I paid for this repair. 8 months later transmission failed again . I took it to the shop they told me for 2 months they were waiting on a part to be shipped from overseas. Took my auto to Nissan. Repair completed in 2 days.

I went to this shop to get my AC fixed they first went and go wrong part at store and I was waiting extremely long over 2 hours almost 3 and they did a AC refrigerant charged me $250 because of the mistake they made with ordering wrong part so they took $50 off but my AC. Few days later I’m back because my AC is blowing hot air from one side of the car and it’s cool from another side of car. They told me it’s now another problem so I will have pay again for new problem I believe this shop is very unprofessional. Also seen young man worker smoking weed Outside the shop while making mistakes on my car.
