My transmission which All Trans had rebuilt 2 years ago, started leaking really bad so I made an appointment and dropped it off on Thursday 11/6/25. They said it was a gasket failure. They had my vehicle for a week. Less than a week later transmission started leaking again. I called and informed them. Rose said she would talk to tech and get back to me. No call back on Wednesday or Thursday I called and left a few voicemails so I went by on Friday and they were closed! I paid $1,495 for a job that is still not right. No honor with the quality of work or service. So unprofessional!!

I waited for over 2 hours to try and drop my car off to fix its transmission. I called numerous times after opening hours and they never answered my calls or returned a call. They showed up at the store around 11 o’clock , they open at 8am so they showed up almost 3 hours late. They then proceeded to give me attitude for being parked up in their lot and told me to leave. This has to be my worst experience with a mechanic shop easily and was a complete waste of time.

Horrible, took sons car in 4 times for the same issue and still is not fixed, Had to travel 2 hrs to get there because nobody would return calls. Still no return calls and Rose and Mark are full of excuses why they CAN'T fix it. Avoid as best as possible, No avoid all together.

Very knowledgeable, great customer oriented family owned business, Mark did a wonderful job on my 2005 silverado 2500hd transmission and transfer case, would definitely recommend this great business to all my family and friends, he is definitely a master of this profession. As long as the supplier gets him the quality parts on time when ordered he will do everything possible to have your vehicle completed on time given to you if not before..... i just can't say enough great things about his professionalism and great reasonable prices

Called for a quote for a transmission replacement after being sent by my family mechanic. Guy who answered the phone seemed reluctant to want to give me a quote. Kept pushing me to go to the dealership cause that’s where they buy the trans from anyways. Kept acting like I didn’t know anything and said he’d call back with a quote. It’s been a week so they no longer get my business and I’ll make sure my family mechanic of over 30 years, who referred me, is known about the experience as well. Absolute shame that they don’t want someone’s money.
