A while back I needed my engine replaced. While my car was in their care an employee backed into my fender and damaged it and the headlights. Due to this, it was their responsibility to get new headlights and replace all damaged parts. They completely disregarded what headlights I had and failed to get my expensive, specific ones. Instead opting to their own decision. Additionally, in the installation of the headlights they wired them incorrectly, causing many problems in that area. The fender was adjusted incorrectly, painted incorrectly to which we had to fight to get fixed. They tried to let the car go worse than it went in. Finally, when we got my car back, we noticed many problems with the engine. The alternator bracket screws were stripped and rung off, in turn melting part of the alternator, many parts including brand new plastic fasteners and valences went missing-to name a few. Those are just some of the problems we have noticed so far. While I don’t want to accuse, it honestly feels as if the job became too much for them so they completed it with little care and rushed work. For reference, I brought in my NICE Mustang GT for an engine repair and endured many arguments because they refused to fix their mistakes, and my car was returned with problems that were non-existent prior to their care.

This is the fifth vehicle I have taken to this company and every time they outdo what I asked them to do. I recently bought a 5.0 F150 and it came with factory exhaust. It was so quiet. It sounded like a car. I wish I could post a video because you need to hear it. Five stars all the way across the board.

Very very very expensive… Tuesday 11/18 replying to your reply: You said you stand behind your work but you replied on Google but not not to the many phone calls regarding the work you did, the starter but the car didn’t start when he picked it up and still doesn’t start. Btw a starter will kill a battery but not an alternator especially since it was the 1st time it wouldn’t start! Do your research

I got all new exhaust pipes and new exhaust tips on a few months ago. One of the absolute best customer service, super good prices, and super good work. Will 100% recommend to everyone and always go back! Highly recommend
