I called ahead to have a tire valve stem replaced after already purchasing the part myself. I explained that I was trying to avoid damaging my tire by driving on it while flat, but the employee insisted that the 7-minute drive would be “fine.” It absolutely wasn’t. When I arrived, the employees even started arguing with each other about checking the size of my tire, adding to an already unprofessional experience. Not only were they charging nearly double what other shops quoted for the original service, but their bad advice caused additional damage, turning a simple fix into a much more expensive repair. The entire experience felt misleading and profit-driven. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Don't waste your time. I don't know what dumpster they found half of these tires in. When I asked if they balance the tire as well he said we do everything here. But the balance machine clearly hasn't worked in years. Then I asked the second guy if he was going to balance the tire and he had the nerve to tell me if my rim is good it doesn't been balancing.. even brand new cars have the tires balanced.

I would recommend this shop if you need a patch and it’s after hours. Very quick. Came here for a patch because I had a nail in my tire at 3am and was done by 3:15. Like others have mentioned they did ask if I was paying cash and it was $25 for a plug. I’ll update my review if anything happens with the plug after today. Update: I’ve gone back because I had a nail in my other car and I got the same quick service and it was 25 for the patch. Once again I’m a very satisfied customer

I brought a rim in with a shredded tire. I was shown a used white wall tire and told 120$ I called the owner who was off site and asked him to please help a disabled veteran who was traveling from Fayetteville NC to North Jersey and that was my second shredded tire in the night. Please give me a break. I asked as I removed it and brought it to you. He said I could do 90. I asked him if he could do 80, and he said yes. Thank you for working with me on such a treacherous trip. So for that alone I give home 5 stars. Thank you guys

opening 24hrs is one of the Reasons I love Ameritech tires, and also their Great service, that is they got you covered even when you got a flat Tire at Night and can't find any Tire shop around, you can easily get across to Them. We need more Honest people like this in the DMV.
