Absolutely zero complaints with their service here. All the salespeople are great to talk to and work with. Gave us a great deal on this drop dead gorgeous, 2020 Scat Pack without any hassle or random extra fees like other reviews say. In and out in two and a half hours. Will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle :)

They got me, Norwood did an exceptional job. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation at this location. I did all the background stuff prior to coming down from PA (4 hours there and back) but when I arrived none of the cars were there. The prices were pretty much whatever they decided on it being at the moment. Regardless of your credit they need $3000 down and an additional $500 for whatever the EV credit did. None of the math mathed but it’s whatever, I’m fine with this car because they did most of the things I needed done after the purchase. If it wasn’t for Norwood I probably would’ve just gone somewhere else

My fiance and I (co-signer) are from out of state and started the online application process on cargurus for a vehicle that she really REALLY wanted at the laurel location on Wednesday. We were immediately contacted and worked with the sales team and finance manager. The vehicle had to be looked at because the engine light was on so we were told it would be fixed and ready that following Monday. We both had to fill out applications AGAIN through them and we were told they would combine them for us as well as our pay stubs, ID info etc on Thursday and we got all that done that morning. We were then told we would hear something back by noon on Friday. We never got a call so my fiance called them because we both received a credit inquiry on Friday so we thought that the process was still in play. The car that we had already been applying for days before had ended up being ripped from right underneath us and “transported and sold” at the other location the same day AFTER we had already been working with the salesman and finance manager to get this car. So not only did we not get the car but they ran our credit for no reason literally an hour before telling us they sold the car to someone else…. My fiance was VERY mad and upset to the point of crying because this car wasn’t just a car she wanted, there was meaning behind it for sentimental personal reasons. They tried to make an attempt to “make it right” with a “deal” that wasn’t a deal on a vehicle that was still out of our budget range. After our experience, to say the least I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from here or doing business with these people.
