Love Top Tier Auto for their washes! I always get the top tier premium wash. Giovanni usually washes my car - he comes right to my place! he’s always on time, friendly, and completes the job really well! I always text to schedule, they are super prompt in responding and always work with my availability. I’ve used them multiple times and will continue doing so!

Isaac and Steve did a great job at figuring out what the issue was with my 2018 Nissan Rogue SV that several other shops including the local Nissan dealership, could not for over a year. I had an incredibly difficult time with my windshield wipers sporadically shutting off or not turning on at all, my car not responding to my key or letting me run anything electronic in the vehicle, and in general, needing constant battery replacements. They even waived my diagnostic fee when I returned a second time after we thought the problem was solved and the electrical issues reappeared, leading them to figure out it was a problem with my IPDM. They have consistently been respectful, communicative, reliable, and I have nothing but great things to say about their service. I was initially a bit hesitant because there are a few things I felt the cost was a bit higher for compared to other shops but the quality and reliability of their service completely makes up for it (and in general, I would say pricing for the overwhelming majority of repairs is reasonable). My fiance has exclusively been coming to AMPM for almost 6+ years now, long before we met, and has only ever been overwhelmingly positive. I also have nothing but great things to say about AMPM, especially Steve and Isaac.

I've taken my 2019 Ford Expedition to AMPM Automotive for a few things, including oil change, diagnosing a radiator issue, and other maintenance/repair work. I am very happy with the quality of the work that is done, the communication from the front office (Isaac) and my interactions with the owner (Steve). I feel like I can trust them to find and fix issues, and they aren't pushy on upselling things. They have worked with me on scheduling, and have an overnight drop in case you need to leave it because of your schedule. I highly recommend Steve and AMPM Automotive!
