The service center will SCAM YOU!! Got the oil changed a month ago by ‘Will Schrak’ (unsure if this is how you spell it) and the technician didn’t replace the two front bolts on the shield, or at the very least, did not check their stability. This caused a small rock to crumple the under car shield. The car is only 3 years old and just inspected yet the bolts are somehow missing?? This of course is really stressful and we just were looking for help and trying to ensure the dealership had the part. We were put through to Larry who immediately got rude and defensive claiming the bolts just “fell out” and that he can’t help us and to wait until Monday. All Anderson said was “drop the car off”. We can’t just not have a car, and it’s really frustrating when this was a failure on the dealership yet we have to pay the price. I’ve asked multiple mechanics and they stated this was definitely a failure on the dealership. We even got input who happened to be an ex employee telling us that this is not uncommon for this dealership to do this. I have completely lost my trust in this dealership and their service department. This was very suspicious and to treat my husband that way when he was the one on the phone is just unacceptable. We will never consider this dealership in the future and I’m upset that we paid up front for oil changes when they cannot even be trusted.

My AC in my Honda was broken, no other dealership was able to fix it. Larry was able to fix it and it was covered under a warranty so it was fixed for free! He also cleaned my car too. I would give him 10 stars and i definitely would come back for any issues with my Honda. These guys are the experts, thanks again Larry!!!

Service advisor Dominic is AMAZING. I took my car to a different dealer twice and was turned away claiming they "couldn't replicate the noise" or that it was "normal". Dominic made sure my car was well looked into and they were able to confirm the issue which was in fact not "normal". Very grateful for his help and service with getting my car diagnosed correctly. Will continue to only use this service center from now on as long as he is there.

Had an 8am appointment yesterday for my recall notice, upon arrival I asked if they could check something out with the vehicle, told no problem, I'd still be able to get the car that day. By 2pm I hadn't heard anything so I called and had to leave a message, an hour later I get a call back with the findings of the inspection and the totals. Told them I'd give them a call back. Called them back within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with them, had to leave another message. I told them only to do the recall work at this time. By 5:15 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back, this time someone from service actually answered. I was told they were waiting to hear back from me about the work. I informed Larry I had called and left a message to only perform the recall work minutes after we had gotten off the phone. His response was he didn't see it and the tech had gone for the day, but he could have my vehicle ready first thing this morning. I asked if it would be ready by 7, was informed no it would be more like 9:30-10am. So they had my vehicle all day and never even bothered to perform the recall work which was the initial reason for the appointment. Their service department is the worst ever. Seemingly they need to hire someone strictly to answer calls in the service department instead of calls rolling into voicemails that don't get "seen" or heard in a timely matter. Extremely dissatisfied.

Even though the building is being renovated, the service trailer still had the nice amenities. Nice waiting room, drinks, and snacks. I was told it would take 2 hours and that was correct. They didn’t try to add on any extra services. Did what I had asked for.
