What can I say about Andrew Yates... Oh yeah, he's my hero! The entire crew at Andrew Yates Automotive is outstanding. On more than one occasion have they saved the day by fixing my car, which BTW, I don't trust just anyone with it. I highly recommend Andrew Yates Automotive!

Now I feel much more confident owning a Subaru, knowing that Andrew Yates Automotive specializes exclusively in Subaru repairs. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and easy to work with. Their rate is slightly lower than the dealership, and the quality of work is even better. If you own a Subaru and need anything beyond a basic oil change, this is the place to go. Once again, thank you to Andrew, Daniel, and the main technician (I can’t recall his name, but he’s the tall, young guy).

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about Subarus and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car instead of just throwing parts at it. My Outback was having issues with starting up without stalling. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained how clearing a code was affecting the car’s idle relearn, and also cleaned the throttle body due to some buildup. What really stood out was how informative and honest he was throughout the entire process. As a woman, I usually feel uneasy going to auto shops, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. This will absolutely be the only shop I go to moving forward.

Andrew is a highly knowledgeable Subaru enthusiast with the customer in mind first. Took a car to him for a no cost diagnosis of my transmission and eventually had him rebuild it with brand new IAG carbon synchros and is now buttery smooth! I especially enjoy that he takes the time to have conversations with the customer and really shows his enthusiasm for Subarus. I’d have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone for work

I have had 2 STIz and now have a 2022 WRX. Andrew Yates shop is great. They did basically the same work that I got an estimate from that other subaru shop nearby that I spent over 10000 bucks at. Andrew saved my over 1000 bucks. That's what that other shop used to do for good customers. Being a ex mechanic i know they give very little breaks to anyone. The only reason I say that is because I am a 100% disabled veteran and it was like pulling teeth to get a 10% discount. I could go on, I used to love that shop but when profit is more important than loyalty that was enough for me. They are still a good shop but I think it wouldn't hurt to give Yates Automotive a call. After all he built my STI engine and I was very happy. Check o I tell an IAG short block and then give Yates a call. Guys I am just giving people options. Most people don't have 10k to drop on an engine. Both great shops . Check prices. Sorry if I hurt any feelings
