I went to this mechanic out of necessity because he was nearby, and my car wasn’t in good enough shape to make it to my usual mechanic. My left axle needed repair, and he quoted me $427 for the part and $160 for labor. Since I’d had similar work done before, I knew the part price was high, so I did some research and found the correct part for much less. When I confirmed with him that it would work, he told me to go ahead and order it myself and bring it to him. When the part arrived, I went back, only to find that he’d suddenly upped his labor fee to $200 without any explanation. After reminding him of the original quote, he agreed to stick to the $160. Unfortunately, his work was shoddy—he installed the part incorrectly, leaving my car in even worse shape. I had to take my vehicle to my regular mechanic, who confirmed the part had been installed improperly, causing additional damage to my car. When I returned to confront the mechanic with proof, he suddenly acted as if he couldn’t understand English well, even when I connected him with my original mechanic to explain the mistake. I paid cash, so I had no way to dispute the charges through my bank. Overall, this was the worst shop experience I’ve ever had—unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. Avoid this place if you value your car and peace of mind!

I gave the worker money for my brake parts and it’s been 1 month since I’ve gotten to go back and get my brakes done and my mechanic guy card right here has not fixed my brakes yet it’s been 1 month and 1 week, he doesn’t answer phone I’ve been to shop 2 times looking for him cannot find him when I go.
